NOTIFICATION OF PRESSURE REDUCING VALVE CLEANING AT TOWER B
From Wednesday 21 to 27 February 2024, and Friday, March 1, 2024, 10.00-16.00 hrs.
There will be a cleaning of Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) at Tower B which is an
important step in maintenance to maintain proper pressure in the plumbing system
and to prevent damaged pipe leaks.
During the operation, PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE WATER SHUT-OFF WILL BE
AFFECTING RESIDENTIAL UNITS as follows (See table below) The management kindly asked
co-owners and residents to plan accordingly. After the operation, the residents might drain
rust-colored water for 20 minutes until the water is clear.
