The Section 38 app is the good tool to help you for Notification of the Residence or TM.30

How can we use Section 38 app?

At first, you need to install the app

download the section 38 app (valid in both IOS and Android) into your device

2. open the app and chose the language Thai or English

Step to register the house for residence

click the Register button after that the app will alert “Things to know” then click accept

2. fill your personal information and your residence information in the blank

3. attach the file
– a picture of owner’s ID Card or Passport (needed)
– a copy of the blue book(first page) of the residence (ทะเบียนบ้าน Tabien Baan Thor Ror 14)

4. click the register button

5. the app will alert ‘Completed Registration’ then click ‘Done’

Step to check status and verify

Please check your email and click the link in the email to confirm the registration
Then the new email will give you the user name and password this can use for both section 38 app and immigration website

Step to register person who stay in the residence

Log in the app or the website by your username and password (you can change the password anytime)
Click on ‘Notification of Residence for Foreigners (T.M.30)’
fill the resident information in the blank then click submit
