Thailand will give you 5 free years of Thai Elite Visa to foreigners buying luxury condo within the next two years.
Thai Government has come up with a new initiative under the name ‘Elite Flexible One’ that will benefit any and all foreigners that are looking to invest in Thailand luxury condos within the next 2 years. If you invest in luxury condominium that cost over 10 Million Baht within the next 5 years, you’ll get 5 years’ worth of Thai Elite Visa (500,000 Baht in value) for free.
The Qualifications are as follows:
1. Expats must purchase Condominium in Thailand with a total value of no less than 10 million baht within 1 Jan 2021 to 31 Dec 2022 and they will be granted ‘Easy Pass’ Grade, Thai Elite Visa for 5 years for free
2. Expats who wishes to join the “Elite Flexible One” Program must present proof of the expats ownership of Condominium in Thailand with a total value of no less than 10 million baht while they will not be able to mortgage, transfer or sell said condominium within 5 years’ period of ownership.
3. Qualifications needed to apply for the “Elite Flexible One” program including
3.1 Evidence confirming ownership of the Condominium in Thailand with a total value of no less than 10 Million Baht
3.2 Evidence of money transfer from abroad for investment in Condominium in Thailand
3.3 Applicant’s Foreign Passport
3.4 Expats must be 20 years old or over.
Expats must pass any other qualifications specified by the company.
Thai Elite Visa benefits include:
– 500,000 Baht worth of benefit VAT included
– 5-year tourist visa or 1 year residency visa (365 days) which can be renewed until your Thai Elite Visa expires
– Travelling in and out of Thailand with less bureaucracy/paper works
– Can be upgraded to an individual membership Card within 2 years
– Card Membership are valid for 5 years with no hidden/annual fees.
– You cannot transfer your membership to other people.

o Membership valid for 10 years

5. Elite Superiority Extension
o Membership valid for 20 years
o Costs: 1,000,000 Thai Baht with no annual fee
o The Elite Visa is valid for 5 years and is renewed for another 5 years
6. Elite Ultimate Privilege
o Membership valid for 20 years
o Costs: 2,140,000 Thai Baht with an annual fee of 21,400 Thai Baht
o The Elite Visa is valid for 5 years and is renewed for another 5 years
o Minimum age of 20 years’ old
7. Elite Family Premium
o Applicable only to family members of Elite Ultimate Privilege members
o Membership fee of 1,000,000 Thai Baht with annual fee of 10,000 Thai Baht
o Membership and Thai Elite Visa validity will be based on the membership and visa validity of the Elite Ultimate Privilege family members
o Visa is renewable after 5 years
